Jasmine E. Guy is a human resources, equity, and organizational effectiveness leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, talent, leadership, and people systems.
Her perspective has been shaped across corporate, legal, nonprofit, higher education, and public-service environments. That range allows her to see the operating realities behind a challenge while never losing sight of the people living through it.
Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, magna cum laude, from Spelman College and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her civic and board leadership reflects the same commitment to opportunity, community, and lasting impact that anchors every Guydelines engagement.
